If the image or pdf is already online (eg on the your website or elsewhere), there is no need to upload it . You can skip the resizing and uploading steps - just use the existing url link location (right click and select copy image location and paste).

IMAGES

Step 1 Resize image

Open image, resize to maximum width 600px, save as jpeg (photo) or gif (logo).

Step 2 Upload image

Upload image to a folder on the website e.g. email > images >0815

Step 3 Add image to email

Open email campaign > Edit

Click the <> Source button

Place this code in the source code where you want the image to be – for example:

<img  src="http://echo3.com.au/email/images/0815/image-name.jpg" />

You will see the link is made up of the domain (echo3.com.au), the folder names (email/images/0815) and the image name.

PDF DOCUMENTS

Step 1 Upload PDF

Upload pdf to a folder on your website e.g. Email > Images > 0815

Step 2 Add link

Open email campaign > Edit

Select text, click Insert Link, paste the pdf url – for example:

http://echo3.com.au/email/images/0815/document-name.pdf

You will see the link is made up of the domain (echo3.com.au), the folder names (email/images/0815) and the document name.
