My emails are being hosted by Echo3 - how do I set up and access my emails using my preferred email program?

With email setup, each email program (e.g. Outlook, Gmail) is different so it depends on what you are using.  There is usually online help from your email program to assist you in the process - you just need to go through that and enter these settings (if your emails are hosted by us):

  • Secure SSL/TLS Settings
  • Username: (as provided)
  • Password: (as provided)
  • Incoming Server: mail.(your domain) e.g. mail.xyz.com.au
  • POP3 Port: 995
  • Outgoing Server:  mail.(your domain) e.g. mail.xyz.com.au
  • SMTP Port: 465
  • POP3 and SMTP require authentication

If you are having difficulty setting up your email program and your devices, feel free to pop in to our office and we're happy to assist.  Just drop us an email and we can schedule a time that suits you.
